Making Art has always been a part of my world.  I am an avid outdoors woman who finds painting inspiration in nature.  I grew up by the sea in Marblehead, MA and have lived in the mountains of Sun Valley, Idaho.  I currently reside in the White Mountains of the Mount Washington Valley in New Hampshire.

I have had various careers including Art Teacher, Picture Framer and Art Gallery Staff, which kept my mind and hand in the art world.  I started my own businesses when my toddlers grew and began school  I painted murals, faux finished, did color and design consultations for clients homes, All this led me to my current position running my own business, Phyllis Tracy Interiors as an interior designer for the last 20 years.   

During all those years my love of painting kept growing and expanding.  I have decided it is time to shift more of my attention into my art.  The silver lining of the pandemic year was I was able to stay home and paint! 

I hope you enjoy the collection I have chosen to showcase.  I do accept commissions for original paintings be they landscapes of a favorite location, pets, or children.  I also customize my watercolor whimsical prints for baby announcements or gifts. I can customize with the new baby's name and date of birth.  You send the pictures and we can discuss the details.
